The architectural design
The prestigious complex is perfectly set between the blue of the lake and the typical lush Mediterranean vegetation of the lake shores, all under the majestic profile of the nearby Alps.
The noble art of design was entrusted to five prestigious architecture studios selected for their sensitivity and skill.
The complex is subdivided into five zones, five new urban spaces, characterized by architecturally unique buildings that host residential and touristic accommodations, all with lake view.
The five architecture studios that met and exchanged ideas on these lakeside residences are:

Between the buildings you’ll find squares, gardens and fountains as a natural link between mountain and lake.
The architecture is in perfect harmony with nature, integrating the splendid surrounding gardens: from stones sculpted by Archea to the natural materials of the Peia buildings.
Access to the Laveno touristic port through the new lakefront ensures constant contact with the water of the lake.
Certified quality and security
The entire “Laveno Premium Real Estate” building complex was created to conform to the principles of energy efficiency and to comply with the CENED (energy certification of the Lombardy Region) requirements, which translate into an energy usage of less than 50 kWh per m2 annually.All of the buildings are characterized by a high level of thermal insulation, optimum systems and great living comfort that increases their value over time.
The planet is changing, and man is still the protagonist of the process.

Everything is constructed to conform to the principles of energy efficiency and eco-sustainability: respect for the environment, reduced emissions, natural materials. The lake water is used year-round: in the summer months for air conditioning, and in the winter months to heat all of the buildings, as well as for the irrigation of the new Parco Lungo Lago.
Patrols and 24-hour security with centralized video systems, burglar alarm and fire alarm for the apartments, parking garages and common areas. Control of access and selective use of elevators is envisaged.

Philosophy - the secrets of the lake
The challenge of the Laveno Premium Real Estate project was to reclaim the area within a manufacturing facility and redelivery a pearl of rare beauty to the territory.

English landscape gardeners Gustafson & Porter were asked to make the outdoor space the center of the project and to guarantee the high quality of Italian living. Created to the strictest standards of energy efficiency and with carefully selected materials, the residences offer their inhabitants a high-level environment that also perfectly integrates an exclusive Hotel de Charme. The new Park interprets the baroque gardens of the Borromean Islands in a contemporary key and attracts the inhabitants towards the lake and its magnificent views.
