Mr. Huefnagels, what was it about Laveno Premium Real Estate that convinced you?

First and foremost, I wanted to find a residence for my retirement where everything was taken care of. In this complex, I was particularly convinced by the connection to the hotel complex of Hotel de Charme, with all the service that it offers me. Here I can have breakfast with my wife, I can use the wellness facilities and meet like-minded people. It is also very important for me that I can do and reach everything on foot. A few steps from the hotel I can buy my newspaper or stumble into a pizzeria. Then there’s the ferry and the train station. In short, in this resort my wife and I enjoy 12 months a year all that we need and require.

 

Why did you decide to buy an Archea apartment?

We bought an apartment from Oneworks at the very beginning, right in the front with a view of the lake. Now we have purchased a second apartment in the Archea complex to have room for our children and grandchildren as well. We find this complex to be quite architecturally pleasing. At first we were fascinated by the exterior facade, with the blue ceramic tiles. Then we visited an apartment and were finally completely convinced by the interior design. In my opinion, these apartments are exceptionally well planned. And then finally, there are 2 very special people here who enjoy my complete trust: Kerstin and Renato. We really appreciate that they are there for us not only before we bought, but also now. Here we really feel comfortable and in good hands from the very beginning.
