Successful inauguration ceremony of the blue Archea flats in Laveno

The new Archea apartment complex, named after the renowned architecture studio Archea Associati, shone brightly with the blue sky at its inauguration on 15 October 2021. The 4 buildings on the lakeside of Laveno-Mombello, wrapped in a façade of custom-made tiles in the shimmering “Laveno blue”, made a powerful impression on the numerous guests from near and far. “We looked around carefully on site before planning. The proximity to the lake and the reflections of the water were ultimately a real inspiration for us,” explained the internationally renowned architect and co-founder of Archea Associati, Marco Casamonti, at the ceremony. The guests were welcomed by Hans Martin Pohl, CEO of Pohl Immobilien: “The Archea Apartments are part of Laveno Premium Real Estate, a new residential area on the site of the former ceramics factory of Laveno. Directly on the lakeshore, a new district is growing here – outstanding architecture in the middle of a completely car-free area with beautiful open spaces for the residents.” Work is now beginning on the next construction lot in Laveno: the flats of Olav Langenkamp’s Danish architecture studio will be built.
